The issue where hidden rows/lists in the "All" section remain visible

As shown in the photo, the list that I marked as "hide" is still visible in the "All" section. The problem is that this behavior is inconsistent—even though I marked them all as "hide," some items are visible while others are not. I would really appreciate your help in resolving this :)
