개인의 carrying capacity (개인이 얼마나 많은 테스크를 해결할 수 있는지 그 capacity 파악)

진단/측정을 위한 task performance 와 type analytics 기능

1 - how does it work? or what do I want to see?

일/주/달 단위로 (시작은 일단위부터)

1. 새로 생성된 task 수 : inflow를 측정= 오늘 하루 몇개의 task가 생성되었는지

2. 처리한 task 수: outflow를 측정= 오늘 하루에 몇 개의 task를 완료했는지 파악

3. task type: 오늘 하루 어떤 종류의 task를 완료했는지 파악

4. task source (이메일, jira, slack) : 어느 채널을 통해서 일들이 생성되는지 알려줌

2 - why does it need? = why do I need it?

1) As a user, I want to see how my times are being consumed on doing what types of tasks

2) As a user, I want to evaluate if my times are being consumed on the right tasks (right tasks means tasks that are tied to the Goal objectives and key result)

3 - then what is the problem?

1) As a user, I can see how long I work via Rize but I can't tie it to the tasks I work on

= what portion of my working hours were spent for which type of tasks level analysis are not possible

2) As a user, there is no way (other than tedious manual logging and retro) for me to easily evaluate my time were being consumed correctly

4 - Value Props = what values does these features deliver to my life?

1) As a user, now I can see how my time spent at the task level

2) As a user, now I can tell yes/no that I am using my times on the more goal-aligned tasks.

These are important because I can't fix it if I can't measure it.

나중에 자동 회고 기능으로도 발전 가능 *사람들이 이미 회고의 중요성에 대해서는 다들 너무 잘 알고 있고 돈을 많이 지불하고 있음 -> 회고 모임에서 회고의 프로세스가 어떻게 되는지 파악하고 -> 회고하는데 어떤 업무를 했는지 어떻게 사람들이 파악하는지 회고 탬플릿들이 있을 것 같은데 offlight에서 그 템플릿을 자동화해서 어느정도 만들어줄 수 있다면 time save 라는 가치가 있는지 확인해보면 좋을 거 같네요

1. 현재 task 생성 시 task type을 분류하는 기능이 없음. 더 나아가서 type을 완료하는데 사용가능한 툴을 적을 수 있으면 좋겠음

2. type 같은 경우는 샘플 label을 몇 개 제공해주고 어떤 type을 선택하는지 + 기타 옵션을 유저에게 제공함으로서 파악 가능

3. 이 type과 어떤 툴을 통해서 이 task를 완료할 수 있는지 안다면 rize 등의 AI logger 기능을 통해서 이 task를 수행하는데 꼭 필요한 툴을 안쓰고 있을 떄 distraction으로 빠지는 것을 방지할 수 있음 -> 실질적으로 get s**t done을 가능하는데 도움이 됨

4. 사실 이거는 rize 측에서 project에 필요한 tool들을 선택하는 기능만 해주면 됨 (rize… 일해라!!)
