Create a recurring task that works with dynamic Sunrise & Sundown time for specific region

Hello, I also have a task to do at sunrise everyday in London, UK but I can't work out how to add it to offlight. Zapier does not let me do it. Do you know of a way to do it? Sorry for a very niche query.

I go for a walk at sunrise every day for my circadian rhythm
